ISSA-CPT, USAW Level 1 Coach

Coach Nathan Goliak is a certified personal trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, specializing in strength and conditioning for youth and high school athletes. Currently in his final semester pursuing a Kinesiology degree at the University of Illinois, Nathan combines his academic knowledge with hands-on coaching experience to help young athletes build strength, improve performance, and reduce injury risk.

With over a year of experience in strength and conditioning, Coach Nathan has worked closely with youth athletes and high school sports teams, focusing on:
Speed & agility training
Strength development
Injury prevention
Sport-specific performance enhancement

Nathan's 16-year soccer career has given him a deep understanding of sports performance, complemented by experience in rotational sports like baseball and golf. He also spent two summers coaching youth soccer camps, where he developed a passion for mentoring young athletes and teaching them the value of discipline, accountability, and respect.

Nathan integrates evidence-based strength training techniques to help athletes excel in their respective sports. His expertise in sports conditioning, functional movement, and weightlifting techniques makes him a valuable resource for athletes looking to gain a competitive edge.
